When will my preorder items ship?

JoJo’s Seasoning begins shipping January 1, 2026.

The ÉLEVÉ Fryer begins shipping January 1, 2026.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How does preorder payment work?

Preorders must be paid in full at the time of checkout to reserve your item in the initial production run.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your preorder is successfully placed.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the return policy for Jojo Seasoning?

Seasoning can be returned within thirty days only if they are sealed, unused, and in original condition.

Due to food safety requirements, opened jars or bags cannot be returned.
