JoJo’s Montreal Lamb Chops
Perfect for a rich, juicy, flavorful dinner that tastes like fine dining at home.

Ingredients
• 8 lamb chops bone in
• 4 tablespoons JoJo’s All-Purpose Montreal Seasoning
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 tablespoon butter for finishing
Instructions
1. Prepare the lamb
Pat lamb chops dry to help the seasoning stick and to create a good sear.
2. Create the marinade
In a bowl combine:
• JoJo’s All-Purpose Montreal Seasoning
• Olive oil
Mix until smooth and fragrant.
3. Season and marinate
Coat each lamb chop fully in the mixture.
Let sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
4. Sear the lamb
Heat a cast iron pan or heavy skillet on medium high.
Add a little oil.
Place the lamb chops in the pan and sear for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
5. Add the butter finish
In the last minute add butter to the pan and spoon it over the lamb chops. This creates a rich glossy finish and deepens the flavor.
6. Rest and serve
Remove lamb chops from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with roasted potatoes, vegetables, or a simple salad.
